Regulate & Reconnect
Rooted in the understanding that we are wired for connection, this immersive, trauma-informed workshop explores how our nervous system shapes our capacity to feel safe, calm, and connected with ourselves, others, and within the world around us. Through a blend of psychoeducation, guided self-reflection, gentle movement, and breath based regulating practices, participants will build greater awareness of their own nervous system states and learn how to anchor themselves in a felt sense of safety and presence.
Whether you're a helping professional, community worker, or someone seeking to understand your own patterns more deeply, this workshop offers an accessible and embodied way to engage with nervous system regulation and relational healing.
In this workshop, you will:
Learn the core principles of Polyvagal Theory
Explore your own nervous system patterns and responses to stress, safety, and connection
Engage in regulation practices that support embodiment, presence, and regulation
Come as you are, this space is designed to be inclusive, trauma-informed, relational, and invitational. All bodies, nervous systems, and lived experiences are welcome.
